Coaching: Private 1-2-1 business coaching, tapping into what is stopping the individual moving forward and empowering them to find their own solutions while helping to guide them to fulfilling their goals.

Roleplay: We create scripted scenes, on any topic or issue you need to manage or highlight to create a simulated situation that mirrors a real-life workplace challenge or interaction. As professional actors we take on the roles, so your delegates don't have to.

Hot-Seating: Here, delegates get the opportunity to talk with the character after watching a scene played out and find out what is really going on. What motivates them? What are their triggers?

Forum Theatre: A replay of the scripted scene which the delegates will have just watched but now the delegates can stop/start the action. Unlike real life, the delegates have the opportunity to direct' the characters, helping them to grow and model better behaviours.

Speech Presentation Skills: Having to stand up in-front of your peers, either in a team meeting or at a conference does not come naturally to the majority of people. Using our stagecraft techniques, we will work with groups, or individuals, on how to keep nerves in check, to improve verbal communication that will engage & persuade any audience.

Storytelling in the workspace: The power of storytelling can be used in many ways, including helping to convey who you are as a leader, how you want to be perceived or as a tool to help with presentations and tying in with Speech presentations Skills

Enhance Conference or In-house Presentations: Short scenes performed by our team of professional actors to visually illustrate your conference message or in-house policies and procedure. These impactful scenes or sketches are a refreshing alternative from the usual power-point presentations.
